Where Do Our Dues Go?

Association Dues

Many people ask, “Where do our dues go?” Here are some of the ongoing expenses incurred by the Association:

• Liability insurance premium, which covers the beach access. This protects all residents.

• Water bills

• Landscaping and maintenance of the beach access and parking lot, as well as the triangle area and front entrance

• Subsidize the annual block party, which is free to all resident members in good standing and their immediate family

• Repairs to and maintenance of the stairs, parking lot and front entrance of the beach access, including the gate

• Beautification projects that are requested and approved by the membership

• Printing and mailing of newsletters, dues notification, election materials, etc. for distribution to members

• Sunshine Fund (expenses for welcoming new residents, bereavement)

It is everyone's obligation to pay their dues. Be a good neighbor and pay promptly.
