Kemlyn Tan Bappe's (poetry) collection repurposes nursery rhymes and everyday realities to delineate the boundaries of rationality and tolerance. In "From My Window," Bappe reflects on a hummingbird hovering over an empty feeder in celebration of "the radiance of a flow." Though not easy reading, between the lies speaks to broken readers everywhere.
