Buying our house in Spain
The pictures below show our house as it was on the day we decided to buy it on the
14th February 2017 (Valentines Day).
It came with everything you see on the images.
We bought the house through local estate agency Casas Espania who helped us with many things like a good solicitor and also arranged the building work for a new kitchen as we wanted to replace the one that you see in these pictures.

All these pictures were taken 24 hrs before we bought the house on the 14th February 2017. With the exception of a few personal items the house came to us as you see it here in these images. All the furniture was included, although a lot of it we have now replaced.
New Kitchen fitted in April 2017
We were very pleased with our new kitchen.
We had a wall knocked down, a new boiler and cooker fitted, the fitted units and a new microwave. (This fridge freezer has now also been replaced.)
