We all struggle with our goals!
Account-a-Buddy was made for the sole purpose of helping young adults in the college setting find the value in and desire to exercise. College is a perfect time to create healthy habits and friendships that can have a lasting impact/use long after graduation. For instance, many adults struggle with their weight and/or physical health overall(see below). Although exercise undoubtedly is good for physical health, it can also contribute to better overall mental health. Following through with exercise is only hard when you don't have a community of support or the resources to succeed. Three reasons why people don't follow through are they forget to go, don't have incentives, and don't know how to start. We aim to help you with all three!

So why should you?
We know it's hard to follow reminders we set for ourselves, which is why we send them to you! You can set up a time to receive them, with a custom workout plan designed to make you feel your best! It's also proven that we can push past more pain with a friend, so grab a buddy! If you don't have a workout partner, then feel free to engage in the buddy-up package so you can be matched with people with matching goals. Don't have transportation but want to do something fun? I've been there so you don't have to. We want to make it as easy as possible to get healthy and have fun doing it!
