1. Who is responsible. The data controller is Piotr Franczak, Better Version Games . Privacy contact: frankolol.wow@gmail.com

2. Who the game is for. A game for young children. No account, and it never asks for a name, email, photos, location, microphone, camera or contacts. No ads, chat or user-generated content. Purchases and opening this policy in a browser are behind a parent check.

3. Data kept on the device only. Game progress (stars, badges, outfits, language, full-version status) is stored only in the app's storage on the device and is never sent anywhere. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

4. Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics). When online, the game sends usage information to Google Firebase Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), for example: game launches, home screen views, rounds and mini-games started and finished and play time, demo progress, world completion, language, app version and whether the full version was bought. Firebase assigns the installation a random identifier and reads basic technical data: device model, OS version, approximate location derived from the IP address (country/region) and the install source. The game does not use or collect the advertising ID and does not use data for advertising or profiling; ad personalisation and ad storage are disabled. Purpose: understanding how the game is used and improving it. Retention: 2 months . Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Purchases. Handled by Google Play. The game never sees payment details, only a purchase confirmation.

6. Permissions. Internet and network state (statistics, Google Play purchases). No runtime permissions are requested.

7. Parents' rights. Parents can ask for access to or deletion of data, or object, at frankolol.wow@gmail.com, and may complain to their data protection authority.

8. Changes. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date.
