Where can I find my digital file after purchase 

After checkout, your file will be instantly available for download through two methods:

• Etsy Purchases: You can access your digital file in the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account. Simply log in, navigate to your purchases, and download the file directly from there. You can use the following link to access your purchases:

• Email: You will also receive an email containing a link to download your Google Sheets document. Make sure to check the email address provided during checkout, and don’t forget to look in your spam or promotions folder if needed.

What do I receive after purchasing a tracker? 

After completing your purchase, you will receive a PDF file in the Purchases and Reviews section of your Etsy account. The PDF will include:

• A link to your Google Sheets tracker.

• Step-by-step instructions on how to access and start using your tracker.

Simply follow the instructions in the PDF to get started!

How does the tracker work? 

• Our trackers are pre-formatted Google Sheets documents designed to simplify planning, goal-setting, or habit tracking. Simply open the file in Google Sheets and start customizing it to suit your personal needs. Everything from task lists to progress indicators can be adapted to match your specific workflow.

• Our sheets are also fully editable—change colors, fonts, titles, and more to create a unique, personal tracker. For ease of use, key cells (such as formulas) are protected to prevent accidental changes, but you can unlock them at any time if needed.

I can't access my tracker, or it opens in "View Only" mode. What should I do? 

If your Google Sheet opens in "View Only" mode, follow these simple steps:

1. Click File > Make a Copy in the toolbar to create an editable version of the tracker in your Google Drive.

2. If this doesn’t work, try the following:

   • Ensure you are logged into your Google account.

   • Check that there’s enough storage space on your Google Drive.

   • Use a desktop or laptop instead of a mobile device.

   • Try using a different browser or clearing your cache.

Can I use the trackers with Excel instead of Google Sheets? 

• Our trackers are optimized specifically for Google Sheets. While you can export them to Excel, certain features and formulas may not function as intended due to differences between the two platforms. For the best experience and functionality, we recommend keeping the document in Google Sheets. 

How do I customize the tracker? 

• Our Google Sheets trackers are fully customizable—you can edit titles, colors, and formats to fit your personal style. If you want to unlock cells for further modifications (such as changing formulas), you can easily remove the protection by going to Tools > Protect sheet and adjusting the permissions.

• Please note that while we encourage customization, we do not offer direct custom services. However, feel free to personalize your tracker as much as you'd like!

Can I print my tracker? 

Absolutely! You can print your Google Sheets tracker by following these steps:

• Go to File > Print.

• Adjust the layout to fit the page (choose "Fit to page" under scale options).

• Choose whether to include gridlines and headers for a cleaner look.

This is perfect for users who prefer physical copies of their planners or trackers. Remember that there are some pages specifically designed for printing. If you attempt to print pages that are not labeled as print versions, they may not display correctly or could be the wrong size. It's recommended to focus on printing only the pages marked as print version for the best results.

What should I do if I accidentally delete something important in the tracker? 

If you accidentally delete important data or formulas, don't worry! Google Sheets automatically saves previous versions of your file. Here’s how you can restore a previous version:

• Go to File > Version history > See version history.

• Browse through the list of saved versions and select the one you'd like to restore.

• Click Restore this version to revert to the previous version.

Additionally, we recommend always keeping a copy of the blank tracker so you can easily start over if needed. Here’s how to make a copy of the original document:

• Open your tracker.

• Go to File > Make a copy.

• Save it with a new name, like "Blank Tracker – Backup" for easy reference.

Having a backup of the original ensures you can always go back to a fresh start without losing your customizations!

What if I have trouble downloading my tracker?  

If you're experiencing difficulty downloading your tracker, try the following steps:

1. Ensure you’re signed into your Google account.

2. Access the download link from a desktop browser (Google Chrome or Safari).

3. Double-check your email (including spam and promotions folders) for the download link.

If the issue persists, please contact us, and we can assist you by providing a direct link or alternative access.

What if I accidentally overwrite important formulas? 

If you mistakenly overwrite a formula, don’t worry! You can easily restore the formula by:

• Clicking File > Version history > See version history to restore a previous version.

• Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance if you need help restoring a specific formula.

Can I share my tracker with others? 

• Yes, you can share your tracker with friends, family, or colleagues by using the share options in Google Sheets. 

• Simply click the Share button and choose whether to allow others to view or edit the document. Please note that sharing the tracker for resale or commercial use is not permitted. 

Will I receive a physical product or shipment? 

• No, all our products are digital. You will not receive a physical item or shipment. After completing your purchase, you will receive a link to download your Google Sheets document directly from Etsy. This allows you to instantly access and start using your tracker or planner without waiting for delivery.

Do you offer customizations upon request? 

• At the moment, we do not offer custom customizations for our trackers. However, we’re always open to feedback and suggestions!

Can I use the tracker on my mobile device or tablet? 

• Yes! Google Sheets works seamlessly on mobile devices and tablets through the Google Sheets app. 

• Simply download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), and log in with your Google account to access and edit your tracker on the go. 

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use the tracker? 

Initially, you'll need an internet connection to open the tracker and access all features in Google Sheets. However, you can enable offline access to continue working without an internet connection. To do this:

• Open your tracker in Google Sheets.

• Click File > Make available offline.

Keep in mind that any changes made while offline won’t be saved to the online version until you're reconnected to the internet. Once you reconnect, Google Sheets will automatically sync your changes with the online version.

Are updates to the tracker included with my purchase? 

• Yes! If we release any updates or improvements to the tracker, you will automatically receive access to the latest version. 

• We’ll notify you through Etsy, and you’ll be able to download the updated version from your Purchases and Reviews section. 

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

• Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the purchase has been completed. 

• However, if you made the purchase by mistake and have not downloaded the file, please contact us immediately. 

• We can review the situation and, if the file has not been accessed, we may be able to assist with a cancellation.
