I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health advanced nurse practitioner based in Great Barrington, Berkshire County. I'm licensed to diagnose and treat patients who reside in Massachusetts. I have been a psychiatric nurse for over 10 years, and have worked or trained in both residential and outpatient settings at the Austen Riggs Center, the Brien Center, the Center for Human Development, Clinical and Support Options, and Community Health Programs.

I may also recommend evidence-based, integrative approaches to help improve sleep, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and nervous system regulation to further address mental health symptoms.

Adjunctive therapeutic support may be provided for symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, mild autism, depressive disorders, sleep difficulties, dysfunctional relationship patterns and addictive behaviors. I am trained and experienced in utilizing CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and other therapy modalities.
