I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health advanced nurse practitioner based in Great Barrington, Berkshire County. I'm licensed to diagnose and treat patients who reside in Massachusetts. I have been a psychiatric nurse for over 10 years, and have worked or trained in both residential and outpatient settings at the Austen Riggs Center, the Brien Center, the Center for Human Development, Clinical and Support Options, and Community Health Programs.

Along with a personalized approach to prescribing (and deprescribing) psychotropic medications, I recommend evidence-based, integrative approaches to help patients optimize their sleep, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and nervous system regulation.

In addition to medication management, I also offer adjunctive therapeutic support for symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, mild autism, depression, insomnia, relationship challenges, and addictive behavior patterns. I have training and experience working with CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and other therapy modalities.
