I had been heavily involved in sports from 2011 to 2017.However post 2017 due to my work constraints i could not give much time to my sport and eventually gained weight.From 63 kg to 83 kg at a height of 5 ft 8 inches. I tried a few steps to reduce but could not get any success. That's where I thought I needed diet advice. With my luck, I found Nutritionist Vruddhi via my contacts. Her diet advice and planning were absolutely on point.
1. She made a detailed diet plan where I had multiple choices on what to eat and when to eat.2. An Excel sheet was assigned to me via Google Forms where I had to fill up details of what I eat daily for every meal. This is the real game changer as eating nonsense makes u feel guilty when u enter its details in the sheet.3. Instead of any crash diet the food choices were as per my wish too.4. In case I forgot to fill the Excel sheet or food tracker she would give regular reminders. This constant follow-up makes the diet easier.
Overall I lost 5 kgs in three months at a steady pace. From 83 kg to 78 kg. I am now targeting 75 kg weight which I am sure I will achieve with her help.
