Q. DO YOU PROVIDE A MEAL PLAN?
A. Rigid meal plans won't be provided no. I believe that this is a great opportunity to learn how to nourish yourself with the foods that YOU enjoy (which could be very different from what I enjoy!). I will, however, provide sample meal plans and recipes for inspiration!
Q. WHO IS COACHING FOR? CAN ANYONE SIGN UP?
A. Yes they can! Online Coacing is for anyone that is ready to make a change in their life; that wants to heal their relationship with food, their body and exercise. However, this is not a done for you strict approach - as much as I would like to do all the work for you, I can't! It requires real effort and commitment on your part so you must be ready, willing and able to start implementing changes.
Q. HOW WILL THE TRAINING BE DELIVERED?
A. The training, nutrition and habit targets will all be delivered via the app!
Q. HOW WILL WE COMMUNICATE?
A. My preferred method of communicating is WhatsApp and Zoom - however, we can communicate any other way that you prefer or is suitable for you.
Q. CAN YOU JOIN FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
A. Yes! That's the beauty of working with an online coach.
Q. CAN I TRAIN FROM HOME?
A. Absolutely - I create the workouts to suit your needs and lifestyle!
Q. HOW DO CHECK INS WORK?
A. These will be done weekly and you will be proveded with a link to complete the form every Sunday. The check ins are appraoched hollistically - I ask you to review your week as well as taking in to account overall health, (things like mood, sleep, stress, digestion and mestrual cycle). This allows me to see where we need to make a change or where you need help the most. I will reply to these via Voice Message Or Email by Tuesday at the latest.
