Better365 (“the App”) is designed to help you track daily improvement and personal goals. We respect your privacy. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data.

The App does not collect any personal information, analytics, identifiers, device data, or usage data, and it does not send any data to our servers (we do not operate servers for the App).
The App stores your entries and settings locally on your device so the App can function. This includes items like:
Daily yes/no entries and optional notes
Streak counts
Goals and goal progress logs
Reminder preferences (time, enabled/disabled)
This information is stored using on-device storage (e.g., iOS local storage). It is not uploaded to the cloud by the App.
If you enable reminders, the App can schedule notifications (for daily reminders and goal reminders). Notifications are generated and managed by Apple’s iOS notification system.
The App does not read your notifications.
The App does not send notification data to any server.
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or data brokers.
We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect it.
Because your information remains on your device, you control it. You can protect your data using your device security features (passcode, Face ID/Touch ID, encrypted backups).
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can remove your data by:
Deleting entries/goals within the App (where available), and/or
Uninstalling the App, which removes locally stored App data from your device.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since no data is collected, there is no child-specific data processing.
The App does not transmit data to any country or jurisdiction because it does not collect or send data off-device.
If we change this policy, we will update the “Effective Date” above. Any changes will apply going forward.
