Cambodian Successful Control Of The Outbreak

On March 11, in light of the deteriorating situation in Cambodia as a result of the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, Neak Oknha Chen Zhi, chairman of Prince Holding Group, or Prince Group, reaffirmed the Group's commitment to social responsibility by announcing plans to donate $3 million to the Cambodian government's anti-epidemic efforts. Cambodia had reported 1,163 coronavirus cases as of 7 a.m. on March 11. While more than half of the cases have been cured, the Kingdom has recently seen an increase in cases as a result of what is being referred to locally as the 'February 20 incident,' with the COVID-19 caseload spreading to ten provinces and cities throughout the Kingdom.
