Hi, I'm Bethsy.

I am an enthusiastic, passionate and diligent 23 year old business undergraduate student. I came from a wonderful family of four, with a younger sibling and two loving parents. I grew up in a small town in Butterworth, Penang island. After finishing the country's national examination in secondary school, i persued my tertiary education in Taylor's College and INTI International University.

I consider myself as a thinker, conscientious and organised in performing tasks as well as solving problems with rational thinking and practical approaches. You would get to know me better through my e-portfolio, learn about my goals, motivations, personal experiences and achievements that made me the person i am today.

I am proficient in using three types of Microsoft Office' softwares, which include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.

Adobe

I acquire basic skills in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premier Pro.

Motivation and Career Goals

My vision is to be an inspiring, proactive, resourceful and people-oriented HR manager that helps add value to an organisation’s workforce. Under my supervision, I hope to enhance the process of employee recruiting, employee selection while also coordinating strategic management in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of company performance. Additionally, I aspire to create and maintain a favourable workplace environment where employees would feel highly motivated and happy to work.

Hobbies and Interests

Travelling

I love travelling. Being able to travel around the world is one of my biggest dream. Through travelling, i get to expose myself to new things, enjoy beautiful sceneries, rejuvenate my mind and taste wonderful cuisines! I have travelled before to Bangkok, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea. This is a photo which i took in Nami Island, Korea during Spring 2018.

Drawing

Drawing is also one of my hobbies. I fell in love with drawing since i was four. During my teenage years, i have took drawing classes that focus on sketching portraits, colour pencil illustration and watercolour. I mainly love to draw in watercolour, specifically painting plants and florals. This is one of my works created in year 2018.

Photography

Photography is undoubtedly one of my favourite interest as well. I have begun to realize that i love capturing small moments, being appreciative of the beauty in everyday lives. Photography gives me the opportunity to connect with people, finding inspirations, depict my own view onto the world and reminisce past precious moments. This photo of cherry blossoms was took during my trip in Korea.
