48 hour Cancellation Policy 

In order to respect the psychologist’s earnings and time, as well as other clients who have been on the waiting list for urgent appointments or potentially waiting months for their initial assessment, we have a strict cancellation policy.

Failure to provide 48 hours notice that you are unable to attend your session will result in 100% of your appointment fee ($170) being automatically billed to your saved payment method. You can contact us via email, call or text. If you call and reach our voicemail you must leave a message.

Appointments will be switched to Zoom or Phone if you are sick and unable to attend the office
