Can I still donate to specific things?
Yes! You can still choose to donate to the same specific funds as before (general offering, building repairs, etc.)
Can I set up auto-pay offerings?
Yes! You have the option to give one-time donations, OR create recurring gifts with your choice of amount and frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.)
Do I need to make a profile/account?
You do not need to make a profile for one-time gifts as a guest. However, creating a profile enables you to manage recurring gifts.
How do I pay?
You can pay directly with your bank account (ACH) or with a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmEx).
Similar to online shopping, it will ask for payment information at checkout.
Is it secure?
Yes! Vanco is trusted by more than 40,000 churches as their online giving platform for 30+ years.
Is there a processing fee?
Yes. Bank Account donations are 1% + 45¢ per transaction. Credit/Debit donations are 2.9% + 45¢ per transaction. It is your choice to cover the processing fee yourself, or the church will. There is a minimum of $3 per gift.
