I have over 15 years of program design and management experience - working on programs from conception to completion. My program management style is innovative and agile and I work to meet the needs and goals of the program beneficiaries through a human centered approach. I enjoy collaborating with leaders and organizations on organizational change projects, capacity building initiatives, research and programs that are values aligned with my commitment to social justice.
