I'm a sixth year Ph.D. candidate at the University of Illinois at Chicago, in the department of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science, getting my degree in theoretical computer science under the advisement of Lev Reyzin. 

Mathematically my interests lie in Machine Learning and Probabilistic Combinatorics. My thesis is concerned with how structural constraints on information alter the behavior of learning systems. 

Outside of math, I enjoy making art, particularly combining new media and sculptural techniques.
