How to keep healthy
Since I did no talk about this I shall discuss it here. To keep healthy physically people can keep active. For example going to the gym, going on walks, yoga or maybe even taking up a sport or multiple. Doing this not only helps with your physical wellbeing and keeping healthy physically but also helps mentally due to keeping yourself moving which has been proven to help you feel better in yourself and also can keep your motivation up which will help with feeling productive.
You should also make sure to drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated as if you are dehydrated not only can it slow you down physically but it can cause you to feel tired or unmotivated which can be a drain on your mental health. It also might make you snappy from getting frustrated or angry quicker which will impact you emotionally and possibly the people around you which can in return make you feel bad and guilty.
Eating healthy is another, diets are something people do for multiple reasons whether it be to loose weight, gain muscle, have more greens or fruits in their pallet ect. It can help you feel better in your own body with not eating as much of the items you avoid. For example you may be on a no sugar diet due to high blood sugars so in eating less or none you are reducing the risks of other health conditions such as diabetes.
