about me

I make art for fun. It allows me to express my humanity and capture the beauty of it in others. Creating also allows me to deepen my understanding of the natural world.

As an avid outdoorsperson, I've been a trail-builder, canoe guide, winter trekker, and ski instructor. Time on trail inspired many works of mine. I now work in conservation, which inclines me to create, too. 

Naturally, public lands are near and dear to me. I hope to convey my stewardship and appreciation through the art I produce, and to stand up for these natural areas.
