Bootcamp- These classes are mostly full-body based workouts, with or without props. Some days are higher focus on cardio, strength, Tabata, or full-body. All levels are welcome.
Barre- Ballet inspired workouts performed at the ballet barre and on the mat. Dance background is not necessary, as the movements can be performed at any exercise level. Take your shoes off and feel the burn! All levels are welcome.
Low Impact Bootcamp- All the fundamentals from our regular Bootcamp classes, just no plyometrics (jumping) exercises! Move with us as we progress or regress our movements, creating a safe and inviting environment for all levels. This class is catered to helping you progress into feeling the confidence to join our other classes. All levels welcome.
Strength & Mobility: This isn't just about lifting weights or stretching, it's about building a body that can handle anything the mountains (or life) throw at you. In this class, we combine smart strength training with mobility work so you feel powerful, agile, and injury-resistant. Expect a mix of strength circuits, dynamic flows, and mobility drills designed to unlock tight spots, improve movement patterns, and leave you moving better than when you walked in. All levels welcome.
Strength for Mountain Athletes: Up here in Tahoe, the mountains call the shots- and we know you're out there answering, whether it's skiing, biking, trail running, hiking, climbing, foiling, or surfing. This class is your strength-training home base: the class that builds you up, keeps you resilient, and helps you crush the sports you love without being sidelined by injuries. Think of it as a Bootcamp style, fast-paced stations, full-body strength, and focused work that mirrors the demands of your favorite outdoor adventures. Come ready to sweat, get stronger, and feel unstoppable out there! All levels welcome.
