Bootcamp- These classes are full-body based workouts, with or without props. Workout from anywhere with these workouts, as most of the time you won't need anything but a spot on the floor. All levels are welcome.
Barre- Ballet inspired workouts performed at the ballet barre and on the mat. Dance background is not necessary, as the movements can be performed at any exercise level. Take your shoes off and feel the burn! All levels are welcome.
Low Impact Bootcamp- All the fundamentals from our regular Bootcamp classes, just no plyometrics (jumping) exercises! Move with us as we progress or regress our movements, creating a safe and inviting environment for all levels. This class is catered to helping you progress into feeling the confidence to join our other classes.
Open Gym: This is available for MONTHLY & PAID-IN-FULL members ONLY. Personal codes will be provided to these members via email upon sign up. Once your membership is done, your code will be removed.
Ski-Specific Circuit Training: This class is designed for all types of skiers who want to feel stronger on the mountain and help prevent injuries on the slopes. Skiing is one of the most fantastic sports in that it’s ever changing, thanks to Mother Nature! Using a mix of specific strength exercises, quickness, agility, plyometrics and specific balance and core, the goal is to help you stay injury-free and continue to enjoy yourself on skis for many years to come!
Strength & Mobility: The Strength and Mobility class is designed to help you improve strength, posture, flexibility, and increase your joint range of motion (mobility), as well as help with coordination, balance, and pliability. Strength and mobility training can help people avoid injury, which can lead to a better quality of life.
Aprè Ski Tune Up: Ski hard all weekend, then come join Marie-Michèle this winter on Sunday evenings at 5:30pm for a full body & mind tune up. Using a mix of point tension, targeted muscle release, dynamic mobility, slow flow, and yin yoga, she will help you find your balance for the week! This class is for all levels. (Starting February 9th.)
ALL LEVELS are welcome to all of our classes! We provide modifications, progressions, and regressions, for all fitness levels. We cater to anyone who just wants to workout and become stronger!
