I've only ever taken one pastry class, which was a cake-decorating class when I was probably 7 or 8 years old. Ever since then, I've held an interest for baking! It's a great feeling for me to complete a cake and watch it bring a smile to someone's face. 

My name is Nicole, and I'm currently a marketing major at NCC! Some things to know about me are that I love music and know 6 instruments, have a passion for drawing and painting, love travel, cooking, and exercise, speak elementary level Japanese and Spanish, and love to sleep.
