國人家庭幫傭申請辦法：
1.家中有三名以上之年齡6歲以下子女。
2.有四名以上之年齡12歲以下子女，且其中二名為年齡6歲以下。
3.家中同一戶籍內有 75 歲以上與 6 歲以下之老幼，並具有下列之基本資格條件，且依下列之計點方式累計點數滿16點者或以上。

外籍人士家庭幫傭申請辦法：
1.外資金額在新臺幣一億元以上之公司所聘僱總經理級以上之外籍人員；或外資金額在新臺幣二億 元以上之公司所聘僱各部門主管級以上之外籍人員。

2.上年度營業額在新臺幣五億元以上之公司所聘僱總經理級以上之外籍人員；或年度營業額在新臺幣十億元以上之公司所聘僱各部門主管級以上之外籍人員。

3.上年度在我國繳納綜合所得稅之薪資所得新臺幣三百萬元以上；或當年度月薪新臺幣二十五萬元之公司、財團法人、社團法人或國際非政府組織主管級以上之外籍人員。
Yearly income tax over NT$3,000,000 (three million) or monthly income over NT$ 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand), which engage the service for position of a foreign nationality director or upward position.
申請外籍幫傭期間依法雇主每月須負擔費用如下：
基本薪資 20,000
加班四天667*4= 2,668 或是 加班五日 667*5=3,335
健保雇主負擔 1,329 移工負擔 426
就業安定費 每月 5,000 已日計 167 /天
雇主額外負擔 移工每做滿1年享有7天年假(不休假補薪資給移工)
雇主額外負擔 移工期滿回程機票
雇主額外負擔 移工意外保險費(可選擇本公司團保或個人投保)
疫情期間引進 集中檢疫費用及採檢費用(雇主負擔)
