Kristen is a dedicated mom to two energetic boys and a full-time Fine Arts teacher, keeping her busy in both her professional and personal life.
She holds a NASM Certified Personal Trainer certification and has a passion for training clients. Kristen is committed to finding the best ways to help her clients build strength while enhancing their speed, agility, flexibility, and balance. With a lifetime of athletic experience and over 24 years in the fitness industry, you can trust that you will achieve your goals during her training sessions. Whether you are new to fitness, looking to improve specific skills, or are a seasoned athlete, she can work with you to meet your objectives!
As an active individual, Kristen thrives on movement. She believes that yoga is an excellent way to strengthen the core, while the practice of pranayama helps calm the mind. After attending her classes, you can expect to leave with a smile, feeling as if the stress of everyday life has been washed away. Kristen's goal is for people of all ages and abilities to discover the joy of yoga on the mat. She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, having completed her training at Soul Space (200 hours) and My Vinyasa Practice (300 hours). Additionally, she holds a Reiki Level 2 certification and is always striving to expand her knowledge and grow as a fitness leader.
Kristen teaches a variety of classes, including yoga, barre, indoor cycling, Pilates, boot-camp, and cardio dance fitness. Her love of dance, combined with over twenty years of dance studio training, shines through in her dynamic fitness classes. Participants can expect her teaching style to be fun and lively, all while becoming stronger from the inside out.
An adventurous spirit, Kristen embodies the motto "BE STRONG AND SPARKLE." She maintains her fitness through skiing, hiking, practicing yoga, traveling, and running half marathons. Taking a class with Kristen is truly an inspirational experience.
