PARK RULES
1. All guests must register at the office upon arrival; all fees are due & payable at registration. All guests are required to check out with the office. CHECK OUT TIME IS 12 NOON. Daily, weekly and monthly renewals must be paid by 2 PM on the date they are due; NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a $35 late fee plus a $10/day on all user fees not paid on or before 2 PM on the due date. After three days you will be asked to settle any/all outstanding charges and vacate the park.
2. A $150 security deposit is REQUIRED from all guests staying one (1) month or more. Sewer hose must be kept in good condition, and we are not responsible for damage from lawn maintenance workers or any other source.
3. Each site is limited to a single-family unit, or 2 unrelated adults staying for work purposes. One fully enclosed recreational vehicle and one transport vehicle. Maximum occupancy per unit is four (4) people: 2-adults and 2-children. School age children are welcome for the maximum of one month’s stay. For security reasons, any guest(s) staying over two (2) days will also be required to register with their vehicle information and driver's license(s) at the office. A $3/day fee per guest will be added. Minors must be always accompanied and supervised by an adult when outside of your RV site area. You are responsible for the conduct and behavior of your pet, child/children and/or guest(s).
4. The following items are acceptable items for storage outside of your RV:
2- Potted plants (small or medium) 2- Storage/tote containers with secured lids, (not to exceed 2’X4’X2’)
1-BBQ Pit (small or medium) 2- Bicycles (secured at all times) 1-2’X3’ door mat
1-Satellite dish 1-Pet carrier
When these items are not in use, they must be stored under your RV; nothing is to be placed on the grass. Small items (shoes, toys, charcoal, chairs, cleaning equipment, etc.) must be in a storage tote and stored as described above. We recommend securing your items at all times, as we are not responsible for loss or damage of any property. Your site must be clean and tidy in appearance at all times; you are responsible for ensuring your site stays clean of any debris, pet waste, cigarette butts, etc.
5. Parking is permitted only in the parking space provided at your assigned site, in designated parking areas, in vacant sites with management approval, or next to the office during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Parking is not allowed in fire lanes along the fences or in any way that blocks the entrance, exit, or access of other guests’ vehicles. Any vehicle parked in an unauthorized area will be towed at the owner’s expense. The park speed limit is 10 MPH, and all guests are responsible for advising their visitors to observe this limit while driving in the park.
6. One pet (50 lbs. or less) is welcome, as long as it remains in your RV. Whenever the pet is outside of your RV, it must be on a leash, and you must be on the other end of the leash. Designated pet areas are along the fences on either side of the driveway. Pet waste must be bagged and disposed of properly. Your pet is not permitted to be staked outside, nor is it allowed in the Park Office or Laundromat. Failing to declare and maintain true, accurate and complete information regarding your pet status on the office copy of the site service agreement will be considered a violation of PARK RULES.
7. Only factory supplied electrical cords are allowed. No cheater (50 to 30 amp) or modified cords of any kind will be accepted. Make sure to check your plug and connections at least once every 60 days.
8. Quiet time is from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please respect other people's privacy and property. Walk on street and not through other guests' campsites. Profanity, loud and unnecessary noises and improper conduct is PROHIBITED.
9. Washing vehicles or RV's is not allowed unless prior approval is first obtained from the office. (A $10 wash fee will be required). Any/all mechanical or structural repairs, including oil changes and/or lubing is PROHIBITED within the park
10. Motorcycles may be operated between the park entrance and your campsite upon arrival and departure ONLY. ATV's or off the road vehicles of any kind MAY NOT operate on the park premises at any time.
11. Cutting, disturbing, destroying or defacing trees, property, grounds, buildings, facilities, roads, etc. will constitute a reason to terminate a guest's stay.
12. Any type of outdoors clotheslines and/or hanging of clothes outdoors are prohibited. A laundry facility is provided for park guests ONLY; do your part and help keep it clean. A dumpster is provided for disposal of regular household waste. Any/all boxes must be broken down before discarding.
13. We endeavor to keep our park clean and looking attractive. "We reserve the right to add or change any of these rules as circumstances require." Disregard for any of the above PARK RULES will be sufficient reason for terminating a guest's stay without a refund for unused site fees and/or your security deposit.
