There’s a special art to gift giving. Some people take a lot of pride and consideration in the things they give to others. I am one of those people. It’s not always easy to figure out the perfect gift to give someone though, especially when it comes to the people who seem to have everything already! For those of you who struggle with gift ideas for your loved ones, we’re here to share a unique idea with you – the 5 senses gift. What is the 5-Sense Gift?

The “taste” gift can obviously be food or drink, but you can also think beyond that and get things that are used in creating taste (i.e. cooking tools). Here are some tasty ideas:

Once you have all of your gifts, it’s fun to figure out how to present them. It’s best to separate each one into a bag or wrapped box and label them with each corresponding sense. This makes it more fun too, as the person can choose which “sense” to open first.
For Donny’s gift, I purchased 5 matching bags in a couple different sizes and made my own labels for them. I like the look of matching bags because you can tell they all go together. It’s okay to mismatch too! A different colored bag for each sense could work as well!
