If you own a Nissan Altima built between 2007 and 2013 with the L4 2.5L automatic transmission, this A-Premium kit is designed to be your primary solution. It arrives as a precise two-piece set containing exactly what most mechanics recommend replacing simultaneously: the front torque strut mount and the front right motor mount. By tackling these two critical points together, you avoid the common pitfall of installing a new motor mount while leaving an old, fatigued torque strut behind, which often leads to immediate re-vibration.
The materials here are engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications. You get a silver and black assembly where the steel brackets provide structural rigidity while the rubber isolates the harsh pulses of the engine. This isn't just about holding the engine in place; it is about how that isolation translates to your daily commute. When the rubber holds up well, you stop feeling the engine's rhythmic thump through the floorboard when sitting at a red light.
I recommend this kit for the driver who wants a direct, no-nonsense upgrade without overcomplicating their purchase. Since it covers the two most common failure points on this specific chassis, it saves you from the guesswork of ordering individual parts. The trade-off is simply that it does not cover the entire system; if your rear or left transmission mounts are also shot, you will need to source those separately. However, for the majority of Altima owners dealing with clunking noises during acceleration, this targeted approach gets the job done efficiently.
This PATEWIN set is built for the owner of a 2008-2013 Nissan Rogue, 2014-2015 Rogue Select, or a 2007-2010 Sentra who feels like their car is constantly shaking. It is a complete four-piece replacement kit that targets the primary support points of the powertrain. Instead of buying one mount at a time, this package includes the right upper torque strut, rear lower torque strut, right engine mount, and left transmission mount. It is the kind of solution that makes sense when you have a vehicle that has seen high mileage and multiple stress cycles.
The design focuses heavily on vibration and noise isolation, which is the main complaint for these models. The specialized rubber compounds used in these mounts are selected to absorb kinetic energy from the 2.5L engine. In practical terms, this means you should notice a significant reduction in steering wheel tremors and cabin resonance when the car is idling. Furthermore, securing the engine and transmission properly helps maintain the alignment of related components like axle shafts and exhaust flex pipes, preventing secondary issues down the road.
I see this as the best value for money if your goal is a full powertrain reset. The carbon steel brackets ensure the structure can handle the weight and torque of the engine without bending, while the rubber maintains its damping properties across standard operating temperatures. The only consideration is the scope of work; because this kit includes four distinct pieces, it requires more labor to install than a single-mount swap. If you are comfortable with a full suspension-style rebuild or hiring a shop for a complete job, this set ensures every support point is fresh and aligned.
Owners of the 2016-2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and 2016-2020 Kia Sorento with the 2.4L automatic transmission will find this BEBLEPANY set perfectly tailored to their needs. It addresses the specific mounting configuration required for these mid-size crossovers by providing a trio of essential components: the right front lower torque strut, the left automatic transmission mount, and the right engine mount. This grouping is strategic because these three locations often fail in tandem, causing the characteristic shudder and noise associated with worn mounts on these platforms.

The construction relies on solid steel brackets paired with durable rubber components. This combination is designed to limit excessive engine movement that occurs when the original mounts collapse. By restoring proper dampening, the set supports smoother driving dynamics, quieter idling, and more stable shifting during everyday commuting. The recommendation to replace all mounts together is backed by engineering logic; balancing the load across all three points prevents uneven wear on the new parts, ensuring they last longer than if you had only replaced one.
I consider this the smartest buy for Santa Fe and Sorento drivers who want to avoid the hassle of coordinating multiple orders. The bolt-on setup is designed for straightforward installation, maintaining proper engine alignment without requiring complex modifications. While it does not include every possible mount on the vehicle, it covers the critical trio that dictates how the powertrain sits relative to the chassis. If your vehicle is experiencing clunking during gear changes or excessive vibration at highway speeds, this three-piece kit addresses the root cause directly.
For owners of the 2021-2023 Cadillac Escalade, Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Tahoe, or GMC Yukon with the 5.3L or 6.2L engines, this Vinsyut mount is a targeted solution for a specific failure point. It is a single unit designed strictly for the right passenger-side mounting location. In large trucks and luxury SUVs, it is common for one side of the engine support to fail due to uneven road impacts or age-related degradation, while the others remain functional. This part allows you to replace that specific weak link without dismantling the entire powertrain support system.
The design prioritizes vibration isolation and direct fitment. It includes a motor heat shield, which is a thoughtful addition given the high heat output of these powerful engines. The mount is built to support the massive powertrain while helping isolate engine vibration and movement. If you are diagnosing excessive vibration or clunking specifically coming from the passenger side, this part is the logical repair. It replaces the OEM numbers 84687024 and 85608073, ensuring compatibility with the original mounting geometry.
I recommend this product for the mechanic or DIYer who has already identified the exact location of the failure. It is not a "fix everything" kit but rather a precision tool for a known problem. The trade-off is that you must be certain your other mounts are in good condition; if the rest of the system is worn, replacing just this one might not fully resolve the issue. However, for a single-point failure on these heavy vehicles, it provides the structural integrity needed to keep the engine secure and quiet.
If you drive a Nissan Murano, Pathfinder, Infiniti JX35, or QX60 equipped with a 3.5L V6 engine, the EMTMOUN set is designed to bring your vehicle back to factory stability. This is a comprehensive six-piece kit that covers both the engine and transmission mounts. It replaces the original equipment numbers A4371HY, A4365HY, A7393, A7386, A4373, and A7383. The sheer volume of parts included suggests that this kit is intended for a situation where the entire mounting system has degraded, offering a complete restoration rather than a patch job.
The construction features reinforced steel and premium rubber, chosen for long-lasting durability. These materials are meant to absorb shocks and reduce the engine shaking that plagues V6 powertrains as they age. By eliminating excessive movement, the kit improves overall driving comfort and protects sensitive engine components from the stress of uncontrolled motion. The direct-fit design ensures that the new mounts align perfectly with the existing mounting points, allowing for a secure installation without any modification to the vehicle frame.
I view this as the ultimate solution for V6 crossover owners who want to avoid repeated repairs. Buying six mounts at once ensures that the load is distributed evenly across the chassis, preventing one new mount from taking all the stress while an old one fails immediately after. The trade-off is the complexity of the installation; working with six different mounting points requires patience and careful alignment. However, for a vehicle that has lost its composure, this set offers the most thorough path to a smooth ride.
The Axiovate kit is engineered specifically for the Chevy Sonic, covering both the 1.4L and 1.8L engines from 2012 through 2020. It is a three-piece set that includes the front right engine mount, the transmission mount engine mount, and the rear torque strut. This combination is critical for the Sonic because the compact engine bay leaves little room for error, and the balance between the engine and transmission must be precise to prevent drivetrain chatter. The kit replaces a wide range of OE part numbers, ensuring broad compatibility across the model years.
The core of this mount is a durable iron-aluminum structure encased in rubber. This material choice positions the engine securely against the body frame, significantly reducing vibration and resonance. For a compact car like the Sonic, this stability translates to a much smoother operation, ensuring that the power delivery remains consistent even under load. The design is built for exceptional longevity, meaning it should withstand the rigors of daily driving without premature cracking or deformation.
I recommend this set for Sonic owners who want to upgrade the feel of their car's powertrain. The heavy-duty nature of the components suggests they can handle the torque of the engine better than worn-out originals. The only downside is that, like many kits, it requires removing several components to access the mounts, so it is a project best suited for those with some mechanical confidence. If you are tired of the clunky shift feel or the constant vibration, this trio of mounts provides a solid foundation for a return to normalcy.
For the 2010 Mazda 3 with the 2.0L automatic transmission, this YEOPGYEON 4-piece set offers a complete stabilization system. It includes the specific mounts A4402, A4405, A4421, and A4418, which are engineered to provide coordinated support for both the engine and transmission. The focus here is on refining the driving experience by addressing the harmonic frequencies unique to the 2.0L engine. By using premium synthetic rubber dampers, the kit aims to eliminate the steering wheel tremors and idle vibrations that are often reported in this model.
The construction utilizes high-strength steel brackets and heat-resistant rubber compounds. These materials are selected to resist premature cracking and degradation, even when exposed to the extreme thermal stress found in a compact engine bay. This durability is crucial for maintaining structural integrity over time. Additionally, the optimized mounting geometry helps maintain consistent drivetrain alignment, which minimizes the "clunking" sensations when shifting between Reverse and Drive. This results in a smoother, more refined interior environment.
The fact that it comes as a four-piece kit means you are addressing the entire powertrain support network at once, which is the best way to ensure balanced performance. The trade-off is the need for a complete overhaul of the mounting system, which requires time and effort. However, for a car that has been driven hard, this set provides the necessary tools to restore the vehicle's original handling characteristics and reduce cabin noise effectively.
The keuyyap 3-piece set is designed for the Fiat 500, specifically the 1.4L L4 models from 2012 to 2016. This kit includes the right engine mount, the rear engine torque strut mount, and the transmission mount. Given the small size of the Fiat 500, the mounting points are tightly packed, making the quality of the rubber and metal critical for absorbing the vibrations generated by the engine. This set replaces the OEM numbers 68073217AC, 68073029AC, and 68073483AD, ensuring a direct fit for the compact chassis.
The enhanced vibration control comes from natural rubber and a reinforced metal structure. These components work together to absorb engine movement, reducing excessive vibration, noise, and harshness during acceleration and idling. The durable construction is built to withstand the heat, torque, and road stress typical of city driving conditions. By extending the service life of the mounts, this kit helps keep the Fiat 500 running smoothly for years to come.
I recommend this kit for Fiat 500 owners who want to reclaim the quiet, relaxed character of their car. The three-piece configuration covers the essential mounting points without being overly complicated, making it a practical solution for the compact engine layout. The trade-off is that it requires careful handling during installation due to the tight clearances in the Fiat 500. However, for a vehicle that thrives on agility, having a stable, vibration-free powertrain is essential for enjoying the drive.
We compared published specs and features to identify the most effective solutions for each vehicle platform. The ranking reflects our independent editorial opinion based on fitment completeness and material quality described in the data sheets; no brand paid for placement.
Installation difficulty varies by vehicle, but most aftermarket mounts offer a direct bolt-on design. However, accessing them often requires lifting the engine and supporting it, so professional help is recommended if you lack the proper tools.
While replacing just the failed mount is possible, replacing the entire set or kit is generally better practice. Worn mounts transfer extra stress to the new ones, causing them to fail prematurely if the others are not also updated.
Bad mounts typically cause excessive vibration in the steering wheel and cabin, clunking noises during acceleration or gear shifts, and increased engine movement that can strain other drivetrain components.
