However, what if you are not satisfied with a monitor purchased at Best Buy and want to return it? Here's everything I found out about Best Buy's monitor return policy through my research!

Best Buy will provide in-store pickup for customers who return monitors within 60 days, for customers who return monitors within 30 days, and for customers who return monitors within 15 days. Customers will receive a refund. All sales are final. Customers must provide proof of purchase.
Best Buy allows customers to return a monitor within the specified return window, depending on their membership status, for a full refund or exchange.
Those with Standard membership have 15 days to return the tracker, while Elite members have 30 and Elite Plus members have 45 days to return the tracker to Best Buy.
Please note that this return period begins from the date of delivery or purchase of the monitor.
Additionally, customers can return all types of monitor brands to Best Buy, including Samsung, Lenovo, ASUS, LG, Dell, MSI, and more.
If you are a Best Buy member and purchased this monitor, you can return it within the specified return window and you will be issued a full refund or free replacement.
If you do not cancel your Best Buy membership, your account will be canceled after a certain number of days. The number of days varies depending on the membership level.
If a monitor is delivered with a damaged screen, the warranty will not apply to that screen. A customer who receives a damaged monitor from the supplier must return it to the supplier without asking questions.
If you purchased a monitor without a return option, you have 90 days from the shipping date to return it. If your monitor is not in working condition, please send it along with your sales receipt.

Best Buy does not charge a restocking fee for monitors as long as you return the item within the time frame determined by your membership level.
