Audition Forms

Please be honest when filling out the audition forms and in answering the questions.  This is best practice and helps us to cast the show and honor everyones time.  Please list all possible conflicts and times you will not be available for rehearsals.  If there is any questions, please reach out to our Executive Director at berwickblackbox@gmail.com.
