Coaching Staff:
Steph Parker- Head Coach
Steph began her swimming career in high school, competing all four years before continuing at Lock Haven University. During graduate school, she served as the interim head coach for the first four months of the season and then transitioned into the graduate assistant coach role for the remainder of the year. She has been an assistant coach with the Age Group Swim Team since 2023 and recently stepped into the head coach position for the summer of 2025.
Stacy Banyas- Assistant Coach
Stacy began swimming competitively in kindergarten with the Berwick Age Group Swim Team. She continued through high school as a member of the Berwick Varsity Swim Team and went on to compete for four years at Misericordia University. Since graduating high school, she has volunteered as an age-group coach on and off, and in 2009 she was hired as the head coach of the Berwick Varsity Swim Team. Most recently, she accepted a position as an assistant coach for the Age Group Swim Team in the summer of 2025.
While the coaches are key in running practices and meets, we rely on the help of parents throughout the season in the form of our parent board. They help organize concessions, fundraisers, events, etc. Below are the current members of the parent board...
