Dizzy Ducks Privacy Policy

BerryBaby ("we") provides the mobile game Dizzy Ducks: Spin Color Jam (package com.berrybaby.cubeduckshooter, the "App"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
Information we collect directly
The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Game progress such as levels, items and settings is stored on your device.
2. Information collected by third-party services
The App uses the services below. Each service processes information under its own policy.
Google AdMob (showing and measuring ads, preventing fraud): advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions, approximate location based on IP address, diagnostic data.
- Google Play Billing (in-app purchases): purchase history. Payment details are handled by Google and are not shared with us.
- Google Firebase Analytics (usage statistics): app instance ID, advertising ID, device information, app events such as level progress, diagnostic data.
- Meta Facebook SDK (app activity and ad measurement): advertising ID, device information, app events.
- Unity (game engine): device information and diagnostic data.
How information is used
Information is used to run and improve the App, show ads, process purchases, measure performance and fix errors. We do not sell personal information.
4. Your choices
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or limit personalized ads, in your device settings under Google > Ads.
Retention and deletion
Game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Information held by third-party services is kept according to their policies. To request deletion, contact us at the email below.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date.
