BerryBaby(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 Christmas Gems: Match 3 Games(패키지명 com.BerryBaby.Christ2026, 이하 "앱")을 제공하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집·이용하는지 설명합니다.
1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 정보
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 개발자는 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 상황(레벨, 점수, 아이템, 설정)은 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 개발자의 자체 서버로는 전송되지 않으며, 게임 이용 통계는 아래 Firebase Analytics를 통해 집계됩니다.
2. 제3자 서비스가 수집하는 정보
앱은 아래 제3자 서비스를 사용하며, 각 서비스는 자체 정책에 따라 정보를 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.
- Google AdMob (광고 표시, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 트래픽 방지): 광고 ID, IP 주소, 기기 정보(모델·OS·언어), 광고 상호작용, 대략적인 위치(IP 기반), 비정상 종료 등 진단 정보
- Google Play 결제 (인앱 상품 결제 처리): 구매 내역. 결제 수단 정보는 Google이 처리하며 개발자에게 제공되지 않습니다.
- Google Firebase Analytics (게임 이용 통계): 앱 인스턴스 ID, 광고 ID, 기기 정보, 레벨 진행·아이템 사용·광고 시청 등 앱 이용 이벤트, 대략적인 위치(IP 기반)
- Unity 엔진 및 Analytics (앱 실행, 오류 및 이용 통계): 기기 정보, 앱 이용 이벤트, 진단 정보
또한 하트 충전·일일 보상 시간을 정확히 계산하기 위해 앱이 공개 웹 서버(google.com, cloudflare.com)에 현재 시각만 조회합니다. 이 요청에는 이용자 식별 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.

3. 맞춤 광고와 동의
유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역의 이용자에게는 앱 실행 시 동의 화면이 표시되며, 이용자는 맞춤 광고 사용 여부를 선택할 수 있습니다. Android 기기 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다.
4. 보관 및 삭제
기기에 저장된 게임 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 제3자 서비스가 수집한 정보는 각 서비스의 보관 정책을 따릅니다. 데이터 관련 문의나 삭제 요청은 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요.
5. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

BerryBaby ("we") provides the mobile game Christmas Gems: Match 3 Games (package com.BerryBaby.Christ2026, the "App"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.
1. Information we collect directly
The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number. Game progress (levels, scores, items, settings) is stored on your device and is not sent to our own servers; usage statistics are aggregated through Firebase Analytics, listed below.
2. Information collected by third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect and process information under their own policies.
- Google AdMob (showing ads, measuring ad performance, preventing invalid traffic): advertising ID, IP address, device information (model, OS, language), ad interactions, approximate location (from IP), crash and diagnostic data
- Google Play Billing (processing in-app purchases): purchase history. Payment details are handled by Google and are not shared with us.
- Google Firebase Analytics (game usage statistics): app instance ID, advertising ID, device information, in-app events such as level progress, item use and ad views, approximate location (from IP)
- Unity engine and Analytics (running the App, error and usage statistics): device information, in-app events, diagnostic data
To calculate life refills and daily rewards accurately, the App also requests only the current time from public web servers (google.com, cloudflare.com). These requests contain no information that identifies you.

3. Personalized ads and consent
Users in regions that require consent, such as the EEA and the UK, are shown a consent form when the App starts and can choose whether to allow personalized ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads.
4. Retention and deletion
Game data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Information collected by third-party services is kept according to their retention policies. For questions or deletion requests, contact us at the email below.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date.
