We are an independent service comprised of judiciary volunteers

The service is people oriented and fulfills shortfalls in and alleviates burdens from the national policing service. Berkshire Police Services operate for members of the public residing in the county of Berkshire and assists with the investigation and judicial enforcement of criminal and civil harm nationwide. We work in collaboration with OMpassion Society Human Rights

What we can help with

• Any criminal or civil incident affecting a member of the public

• Animal welfare in any part of the country or internationally

• Abuse by companies or local authorities

• Civil proceedings (investigations for small claims court cases resulting from personal injury, financial loss, and the enforcement of debts incurred from civil legal cases in partnership with OMpassion Society 

• Criminal proceedings (magistrates orders and private prosecutions leading to prison sentences in conjunction with local court services)
