Hello, team, team this update is in regards about 4 topics discussed on the last external calibration session we had with our client.
- When updating the LH address, we must verify if it's active and if it has Physical Damages.
- We must check the Lender Requirements before proceeding with Closing Queue, Pending or Requeuing.
- If ICC Reps doesn't leave notes on it would be a dock down on 5.2.- Did not leave notes for each call made.
- When calling the carrier and they're unable to verify we must leave the notes with the following details:
*Called carrier at
*Unable to verify coverage for POI#
*Per agent stated to be busy/ long hold time/ wrong PH# dailed

Unless the account has a deficient then it wouldn't be considered an unnecessary call.
