An account in our system that does not require insurance tracking any longer. A lender may choose to flag a loan or account as INACTIVE in our system for numerous reasons including:
LOW BALANCE / TOTAL LOSS / REPOSSESSION
Refers to the status of a loan or account that has reached the limits of our tracking ability per that lender’s specific requirements. Once an account has reached INDEFAULT status, it is up to the lender to decide which action to take going forward: CPI force placement, to make account INACTIVE or to WAIVE the need for insurance tracking.
The proof required in some states and issued by an insurance company that shows a vehicle is insured. The cards are kept in the vehicle to show law enforcement or other motorists in the event of an accident. In most cases, cards do not list all coverage information such as physical damage coverage or lienholder information.
A document detailing the terms and considtions of a contract of insurance.
Document showing information provided by a potential insurance customer and submitted to a potential insurance agent or carrier for review prior to issuing coverage.
An application document does not provide proof of coverage since policy has not been yet bound at this early stage.
