List of calls pending policy verification by Call Center department. Loans or accounts needing verification for that week are categorized in our system and placed in individual queues based on their current status. The status can vary from: CANCELLED, EXPIRED or DEFICIENT., and the queue provides helpful information used to conduct verification calls.

When an insurance policy is terminated prior to the renewal date. Either the insurer or the insured can cancel a policy.

An insurance company or the issuer of an insurance policy.

A demand for compensation according to the terms of a policy of insurance. 

The person filing the claim. 

Property being financed or leased. Can be a vehicle, home, trailer, boat etc. 

If the insured vehicle is damaged due to an event other than a collision, COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE will pay for the damage. This includes damages from fire, theft, windstorm, flood and vandalism.

If the vehicle is stolen, COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE covers transportation and loss of use expenses when applicable 

When the insured vehicle overturns or collides with another object, COLLISION COVERAGE pays for the damage to your vehicle. 

COLLISION COVERAGE also may extend to a non-owned car or one rented for personal use that is in your custody or that you are operating.  

Being continuously insured means insurance coverage from an insurer or more than one insurer was in effect at all times, without a break or lapse in coverage for any reason. 

Data received from a lender that lists “possible” policy information for a specific loan but is not backed by an actual document and sometimes can be inconclusive.

Data is entered into our system as CONVERSION or TAPE for the purpose of creating an actual loan and as a starting point for policy tracking to begin. (see example below) 

Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) is imposed or force-placed by lending institutions to protect themselves from losses in the event the borrower to whom a loan was issued fails to carry insurance coverage on the collateral used to secure the loan.
