After many years as an investment banker, Massimo lead a leading family office in sports, media and entertainment, where he actively lead the strategic development of its two main assets, Eleven Sports (now part of DAZN Group), and Leeds United Football Club (where he was also a member of the Board of Directors). 

As the founder and managing partner of Berkida Ventures, Massimo has led the firm to success by focusing on strategic investments, entrepreneurial ventures, and charitable initiatives. His leadership has been pivotal in driving transformative growth for organizations and fostering innovation across various industries. Passionate about community impact, Massimo also actively supports charitable organizations, including chairing Kinetic Foundation,  a football training academy, and as member of the Development Council of the Almeida Theatre. Massimo is also a Governor of Channing School. His expertise and vision continue to shape Berkida Ventures as a leader in its field.

Lisa Ing is a seasoned General Counsel and Company Secretary with a wealth of experience in private equity-backed businesses across diverse industries. She brings a strong track record of leading legal, risk, compliance, and privacy functions, guiding teams to ensure robust governance and strategic growth. Lisa has played a pivotal role in growing businesses organically and through acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, Europe, and Latin America.

Beyond her core professional expertise, Lisa is an influential advisor to fashion start-ups, providing strategic counsel to boards and senior management. She is also an active panel speaker and content creator, collaborating with several fashion, beauty, and skincare brands on social media.
