                BeQuik Solutions LLC (“BeQuik,” “we,” “us”) operates the BeQuik mobile application (“App”).

2. Information We Collect

                    •    Shared Articles: URLs or article text you share with BeQuik.

                    •    Summaries: The output generated by our AI providers.

                    •    Usage Data: Timestamps, device type, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.

                    •    Communications: Emails or support requests you send to us.

3. How We Use Information

                    •    To generate summaries.

                    •    To maintain and improve the App.

                    •    To troubleshoot, secure, and analyze performance.

                    •    To respond to user inquiries.

4. AI Providers

                To create summaries, BeQuik may send text to third-party AI services. Current examples include:

                    •    ChatGPT (OpenAI)

                    •    Meta AI

                    •    Google Gemini

                    •    Anthropic Claude

                    •    DeepSeek

                    •    Character AI

                    •    xAI Grok

                We reserve the right to use any AI provider, current or future, without notice.

5. Data Sharing

                    •    We do not sell your personal data.

                    •    AI providers process shared text solely to generate summaries.

                    •    Service providers (e.g., hosting or analytics) may process data under written agreements.

6. Data Retention

                    •    History and saved summaries remain until deleted by the user.

                    •    Diagnostics and crash logs are stored temporarily and then deleted.

                    •    We may retain limited records as required by law.

7. Security

                    •    Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

                    •    Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

                    •    No system is 100% secure; use is at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

                    •    Delete items at any time from History.

                    •    Request deletion of your account or data by emailing us.

                    •    Opt out of diagnostics in Settings.

9. Children

                BeQuik is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

                10. International Transfers

                Data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. We use standard safeguards for such transfers.

                11. Changes

                We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
