Monday 3/16 - SNOW DAY

• We are unable to schedule any practices (even optional) so event coaches will have at home workouts for you.

Tuesday 3/17 - Practice 3-6 pm ST. PATRICK'S DAY

• Weather forecast: 19 degrees, feels like 11, scattered snow showers

• Wear GREEN to practice day! Prizes for the boy and girl dressed in the most green. Prizes for anyone wearing green.

• Entries for Friday will be announced most likely today.

Wednesday 3/18 - Practice 3-6 pm

• Weather forecast: 33 degrees, feels like 23, snow showers throughout the day

Thursday 3/19 - Practice 3-6 pm

• Weather forecast: 40 degrees, feels like 35, freezing drizzle in am then cloudy

• Dress like your shoe day! Prizes for the boy and girl most closely resembling their running shoe.

• Get your uniform top before you leave practice if you are competing. We will have jersey tops (no jackets yet). Athletes use their own shorts as running shorts, boy shorts, and half tights are fitted. BLACK please.

Friday 3/20 - MEET @ GVSU LAKER CHALLENGE

• Dismiss 9:15. Departure 9:30

• Location: Kelly Family Sports Center

• Admission: $7 NO CASH (GVSU is a cashless campus)

• Running and Field events start at 2:00 pm on Friday

• Athletes will need to bring a lunch and snacks with them.

• Parents will not be allowed on the track or infield. Athletes will not be able to go and sit in the spectator stands. They can go up to get what they need but to preserve space, they won't be able to say and sit there.  We also want them to be with their teammates.

Saturday 3/21 - TBD by event groups and MEDIA DAY

• Media day will be in the fitness center from 11-2. Athletes will get head shots taken and then can choose if they would like to do a few "fun" pictures. While this is not required, I do use the pictures throughout the season for pre and post meet media, PR media, medal earning media, etc.
