Ben Waltmann
I am a Senior Research Economist at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and the Country Programme Manager for Ethiopia at the Centre for Tax Analysis in Developing Countries (TaxDev). I have a PhD in economics from the University of Oxford.
I work on topics across public economics, the economics of education and applied econometrics. My main research areas are tax and social protection in developing countries, higher education and dynamic discrete choice models.
