How to identify a genuine Survey Plan.

• Check the Surveyor's Registration: Ensure the plan is prepared by a surveyor registered with SURCON.

• Confirm that the Survey Plan is Sealed with the Surveyor's SURCON Seal.

• Confirm that the name and registration number on the seal is clearly seen. 

• Confirm that the Surveyors name is clearly written on the Plan and that there is a life signature of the Surveyor just above the written name.

• Check if the name on the seal corresponds with the name typed on the plan.

• Use Verification Platforms: Verify the authenticity of the Survey Plan using platforms like the Benue State Survey Plan Verification Portal.
