Lessons at Benton Piano Studios

Benton Piano Studios offers year round piano instruction. The academic year for piano lessons begins in late August and ends in early June the following year. During this time, students will have a total of 38 lessons throughout the school year. Students will have the opportunity to participate in master classes, recitals, and festival competitions. All students will have an evaluation assessment throughout their studies. Students are encouraged to schedule as many additional Summer lessons as family vacations permit. Summer lessons allow students to advance quickly when not busy with school activities. Students are expected to practice throughout the week, and have an appropriate instrument to use at home. Any additional lessons that are scheduled outside of the regular 38 are billed separately. Tuition is payable in 12 equal monthly installments beginning on the 1st of each month. Lesson duration and monthly tuition are listed below. Each student will have four lessons each month. Regardless of the number of lessons per month, due to holidays and student availability, the 12 month tuition payments remain the same. If a student is unavailable for their lesson, make-up lessons will be held at the teacher's discretion and availability during that particular month of missed lesson. If a lesson has to be rescheduled due to the teacher's availability, it will need to be made up during that particular month. Students are required to have a keyboard/piano for home use. If you need help or guidance purchasing an instrument, please let us know. A one-time enrollment fee of $100 is required. This enrollment fee will assure your time-slot for lessons for the entire year. Future recitals will be held at Hopper Piano (Raleigh's Steinway Showroom). 

30 minute lesson once a week-$120.00 per month (4 monthly lessons)

1 hour lesson -$120 (Twice a Month)

45 minute lesson once a week-$180.00 per month (4 monthly lessons)

1 hour lesson once a week $240.00 per month (4 monthly lessons)
