SERVICE OBSERVATION SUMMARY

During my visit to Bens Café, I experienced a warm and welcoming atmosphere, highlighted by a clean, well-organized space and the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The staff provided friendly, personalized service, greeting customers politely and assisting with questions about menu items. 

Orders were prepared efficiently and accurately, with drinks presented neatly and served with a courteous “Enjoy!” Throughout my visit, the staff-maintained cleanliness, attended to customer needs promptly, and created a comfortable environment suitable for studying, working, or socializing. 

The experience concluded with a polite farewell, leaving a lasting impression of attentive and genuine service. Overall, Bens Café demonstrated strong customer service practices that contributed to a positive and satisfying guest journey.
