I am a Junior Economist at the Center For Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities. I am also a member of the ERMEES research team.

I completed my Ph.D, "The European Structural Funds: Allocation process and economic effectiveness" at the University of Strasbourg (BETA laboratory). My research is focused on the European Cohesion Policy and its outcomes in terms of economic growth. I am also interested in the implications of regional decentralisation implications on economic development.  My Ph.D thesis supervisors have been Phu Nguyen-Van and Thi Kim Cuong Pham.

Since June 2021, I am working at the OECD on a project co-funded by the European Commission dealing with the regional institutional barriers holding back  business dynamics, productivity and employment.

J'ai effectué mon doctorat, "Les Fonds structurels européens : processus d'allocation et efficacité économique" à l'Université de Strasbourg (laboratoire BETA). Mes recherches portent sur la politique européenne de cohésion et ses retombées en termes de croissance économique. Je m'intéresse également aux implications de la décentralisation régionale sur le développement économique. 

Depuis juin 2021, je travaille à l'OCDE sur un projet cofinancé par la Commission européenne portant sur les barrières institutionnelles régionales qui freinent la dynamique des entreprises, la productivité et l'emploi.
