Lauren is a current undergraduate student at Northeastern University where she studies Biochemistry. She is a member of the Center for Drug Discovery lab at Northeastern university where she synthesized various inhibitors and fluorescent probes for anti-inflammation purposes. She additionally did a co-op in Clear Scientific and Tango therapeutics where she developed more background in structure activity relationship and protein small molecule interactions. She joined the Choi lab winter of 2025 where she investigates the combination of drug targeting and imaging using small molecule fluorophores via both in vitro cell culture experiments and in vivo mouse models.
