Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, Mass General Hospital and Harvard Medical School
Ph.D. Bionano Engineering, Hanyang University, South Korea, 2022
B.Sc. in Bionano Engineering, Hanyang University, South Korea, 2017
During her Ph.D. studies, Dr. Hur conducted research on nanozyme-based anticancer nanocomposites for cancer therapy, as well as in vitro analysis using an electrochemical cell chip. After completing her Ph.D., she focused on engineering tumor-targeting nanocomposites for delivering therapeutic and imaging agents. In July 2023, she joined the Bioengineering & Nanomedicine Program (BENMD) at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. In the BENMD program, she investigates the combination of drug targeting and imaging using small molecule fluorophores via both in vitro cell culture experiments and in vivo mouse models.
