Range and Speed of Benling Aura

The ARAI has claimed it can travel a riding range of 120 km on a single charge in Eco mode with a top speed of 60 kmph. But multiple aura owners with whom our team spoke reported a 100 km riding range of aura. It has also available with 4 modes in speed. The first mode gives 38 kmph, in the second mode 51 kmph, in the third mode, it gives 65 kmph, and in the fourth mode, it gives 80 kmph per Aura owner.

Aura comes with a 72V/40Ah lithium-ion detachable battery. Benling India provides a 72V/10AS fast, portable charger that can charge the battery from 0 to 100 within 4 hours. You can charge it with 6a.

Centre Government: 

Aura has a 2500w BLDC motor. The central government has offered a subsidy of Rs 15,000 per kWh battery capacity (to a maximum of 40 percent of the vehicle cost) through the Hybrid and Electric vehicles (FAME-II) scheme. But this subsidy is included with the ex-showroom price of aura.

State Government

Subsidies will be directly transferred to your bank account. That means first. You have to pay the on-road price. After that, you will have to submit documents and bank details for the subsidy. Whatever state government subsidy will be there will be credited to your bank account after a few days.
