Problem Statement

Our school has had a compost bin for years but sadly it has been very much under-used and under-appreciated. Recently the school has organised to resupply the compost bin with healthy new worms and are looking to become more eco-friendly by getting students to place their food scraps in the compost instead of the regular bin. What can students put into the compost? Why should they put it into the compost? How does a compost bin work?

How can we get students to actually use the compost bin at school?
