• Where I live is incredibly important to me because I want to be close to my family. I also want to be somewhere rural. As a result, I want to live near Rexburg. This also complements my desire to start up a farming business. There is even potential for starting up a manufacturing business as well, because it is close to the highway, and I could pull from the talent at BYU-I.

2025:

1. Research requirements and funding methods for my small farming business

2. Practice coding with Python

3. Take BUS 297R

4. Practice my Mandarin Chinese skills

2026:

1. Start my farming business, just selling chickens and eggs

2. Build a website for my business

3. Buy a 3D printer

4. Start searching for internships and their qualifications

2027:

1. Design, prototype, and test a composite material

2. Hire employees for my business

3. Find, apply for, and get a manufacturing internship

4. Do at least 5 informational interviews

2028:

1. Finish Elementary Mandarin Certification

2. Learn how to code in JavaScript

3. Buy land and expand my farming business to include milk cows (mini Jerseys) and pigs

4. Contract with lumber companies for wood chips (for the farm)

2029:

1. Get the Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification

2. Take the GRE

3. Research and potentially buy other animals for my farm, such as reindeer, rabbits, turkey, or bison.
