I am Benedetta (pronounced "beh-neh-det-ta"), or Bene for short (pronounced "ben-ee"), founder of BK Learning Solutions, LLC. I am a passionate and solutions-driven bilingual certified instructional designer, who uses a strategic process to design and develop effective learning solutions that help businesses and their people thrive. I bring years of experience engaging with adult learners and I pride myself on being an organized, efficient, and people-oriented member of the team.

As a Certified Scrum Master, I also utilize agile project management techniques to incorporate feedback and continuously improve the learning solution for all stakeholders.
