Bendev Soft provides the apps covered by this policy.

Most Bendev Soft apps do not require an account. An app may process information that a user chooses to provide when using an optional account, multiplayer, leaderboard, cloud-save, feedback, or chat feature. The relevant app interface identifies when such a feature is available.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through free-text or multiplayer features.
Apps may store settings, game progress, timer state, sound and vibration choices, consent choices, and similar app preferences locally on the device. Users can remove local information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
Ad-supported Bendev Soft apps may use Google AdMob. Some legacy apps may also use Yodo1 or another advertising provider identified in that app or its store listing.
Advertising providers may automatically process information such as IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, device information, and advertising or other device identifiers. They use this information to provide advertising, measure performance, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. The specific processing depends on the app, region, consent choices, device settings, and ad-serving mode.
Where required, an app may use Google's User Messaging Platform or another consent mechanism to request and manage advertising consent.

Some Bendev Soft apps may use Google Firebase services such as Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, Authentication, Realtime Database, or Cloud Storage. Depending on which services an app enables, Firebase may process app interactions, crash and diagnostic information, installation identifiers, device metadata, language, country, time zone, account identifiers, or content needed to provide an optional cloud feature.
Firebase services are not automatically used by every Bendev Soft app. More information is available in the Google Firebase Privacy and Security documentation:

Some legacy games may offer leaderboards, multiplayer, cloud save, or chat. Those features may process a player identifier, gameplay activity, scores, messages, or connection information needed to provide the feature. A local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth multiplayer feature may request nearby-device or network permissions. Availability and retention depend on the specific app and provider.
Users should not include personal or sensitive information in chat or player-name fields.
Bendev Soft does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers described in this policy to provide app functionality, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and security. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, Bendev Soft, service providers, or the public.
Local app data remains on the device until it is changed, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Third-party service providers retain information according to their settings, contracts, policies, and legal obligations.
Users may contact bendevsoft@gmail.com with privacy or deletion questions. If a request concerns a third-party account or service, the user may also need to use that provider's privacy controls.
Reasonable safeguards are used for information handled by Bendev Soft apps. Network data handled by Google and other service providers is generally encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Each app declares its intended target audience in its store listing. Apps that are directed to children or include children in their intended audience must use the applicable child-privacy, consent, advertising, and store-policy controls.
Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Their privacy policies describe their international processing and transfer safeguards.
This policy may be updated when app features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will display its revision date on this page.
