Benazir Basauri Torres’ artwork explores the intersections of care, community, Andean worldview, and technology. Her projects create immersive experiences that center collective joy and safe spaces, engaging themes of migration, climate justice, and cultural memory.
Her practice spans watercolour, oil, acrylic, drawings, ink, text, GIFs, installation, and ceramic. Through these media, her art transforms materials into symbolic forms, examining ethical and ecological dimensions, and inviting audiences to engage in community-driven experiences.
